The RGV Humane Society has kept Harlingen a no-kill community, and will soon do the same with The City of Mission. VINO Y BIGOTES
Wine & Whiskers es un evento anual de recaudación de fondos para la Humane Society of Harlingen. Ha estado ocurriendo durante cuatro años, ¡cada año mejor que el anterior! Wine & Whiskers se originó a partir de cócteles y se ha convertido en un evento de gala anual.
Todos los ingresos se destinan a la esterilización/castración de todas las mascotas en el Valle del Río Grande.
