LOST A PET

Losing a pet is a traumatic experience! The best way to find your pet, however, is to act quickly. If your pet was lost in or near our service area…

  • First, contact HSH at 956-425-7297 and ask to make a lost pet report. You can also email your information to info@hshtx.org (include a picture of your pet).

  • Next, visit the shelter to look for your pet in person. More than a 6000 animals pass through HSH’s doors each year, so it’s important to visit on a regular basis if your pet is missing. We’re open 11:00-7:00, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

  • Finally, watch our Facebook Page - we regularly post lost & found animals there.
